Packaging Rules

STANDARD DIMENSIONS OF SHIPMENTS

Max size: Longest side + 2 widths + 2 heights total up to 360 cm;

Maximum lengths of one side up to: length 120, width 60 and height 60 cm.

Max weight: up to 30kg.

Min weight: 0.1 kg.

Min size: 15 x 15 x 3 cm.

SHIPMENT PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

Please note that when sending improperly packaged shipments, a surcharge for additional processing may be applied, or the shipment may be returned to the sender.

 

 

Prohibited items for shipping:

1. Parcels with a declared value exceeding 5000 EUR;

2. Items that are not sufficiently packaged (e.g., plastic buckets and cans not packed in proper additional packaging);

3. Items requiring special handling (e.g., extremely fragile goods or items that must be transported only vertically, horizontally, or on a specific side);

4. Perishable and temperature-sensitive items, human remains, live animals;

5. Precious metals and gemstones, watches, jewelry and pearls, works of art, collectibles and antiques with a value exceeding 350 EUR per parcel;

6. Items of low individual value where damage or loss may cause significant financial losses (e.g., materials containing sensitive data);

7. TV screens;

8. Phone cards and prepaid cards (e.g., for mobile phones);

9. Cash and documents with monetary value (e.g., securities, checks);

10. Firearms, essential firearm parts, and ammunition;

11. Dangerous goods of any class;

12. Items or substances prohibited from import or circulation in the sending or receiving countries;

13. Tobacco products and alcoholic beverages;

14. Personal belongings and ATA Carnet goods;

15. Tires, if the destination country is Sweden or Switzerland;

16. Shipments packed in wooden or metal boxes;

17. Parcels exceeding the maximum allowed size and weight.
